DewaxingDewaxing casting
Dewaxing casting originates from China and prospers in the west. The dewaxing casting started in the Spring and Autumn period, and was introduced to Taiwan after reform and opening. It applies low-melting materials such as beeswax and fat to make a wax mold, and then apply fine mud to the surface of the mold to form a mud crust. Coat fire-resist material to the crust, and when it stiffens, the molding is finished. Finally roast the mold in high temperature, and the wax would melt off, and it would be hollow inside the mold. While the mold is still hot, cast in the liquid copper. After it cools off, the casting would be completed. Dewaxing casting is also called melting casting. Vessels made with these procedures are mark-free, glabrous and precise.
Forging800 degree high-
temperature forging
Forging is to put pressure on the metal material through forging machine and deform it into parts with certain mechanical performance, shape and size. When the clients require material forging, they want to wipe out blemishes such as loose cast during the casing process, to optimize the micro organizational structure, and to obtain complete metal veins and better mechanical performance with the processed vessels.
SpinningSeamless spinning
Spinning is the fix the plate or hollow raw material to the molds on the spinning machine. While the material spins around the major axis, use the spinning wheel or the drive stick to put pressure on the material so that it would deform. With movement of the wheel and spinning of the raw material, deformation would expand to the full surface and match up with the mold; and spinning processing would be finished.
Elbowed pipesLead-casting
elbowed pipes
We apply lead casting for the pipe products. First, we melt the lead and cast it into the copper pipes and bend it after the lead cools off, and finally, re-melt the lead inside and the lead would flow out. Basically, they use sand-casting method on the market, but we use lead, so that the pipe won’t be rugged.
Welding Seamless welding
Good silver electrodes (easy to grind, silver content must be up to 30%) and custom-made copper electrodes (specially tailored to the same proportion of copper content as our copper pipe, mainly to eliminate the phenomenon of welding scars on the copper welding parts, using argon-flyer welding process).
BENOVO’s lamp body utilizes a seamless weld technology, which not only eliminates surface welds from assembly parts, but also improves the accuracy, finish, and appearance of said parts. Because seamless welding produces an excellent surface finish, there is no need for secondary spraying and annealing, which avoids size changes caused by secondary shrinkage, ensuring a perfect structure in the lamp body.
Burnishing Seamless spinning
After multiple manual polishing and welding, apply the grinding wheel, grinding belt and burnishing machine chronologically, and then the varied manual polisher to polish up small places. Use files for the details, and apply special spraying machine to re-process, so that the products would be more beautiful.
Polishing 6 times of manual polishing
We have both rough polishing and fine polishing. The rough polishing is an added procedure in circumstances concerning polishing obstacles and processing safety after jointing. Most factories on the market do not have this procedure. In fine polishing, we apply 6 polishing procedures on the grinding wheel, and then the flax wheel and cloth wheel.
Dyeing
Put the products in ultrasonic waves, mainly to dewax and clean the surface.
Put them in degreasing cylinder, and then in the water.Dyeing

Coloring, and even out the color on the surface. (Note: refer to the sample color plate when coloring)
Manual
Coloring
After dyeing and air-drying, the product accessories are rubbed on the surface of copper by traditional manual process, using BENOVO self-developed formula, so that the natural texture of copper can be restored and the unique texture of time can be displayed.
